Here we mainly talk about how to use the PC Clients

Step 2. If you haven't Java run in your computer, you should install Java first. Just click the downloaded app and follow this instructions to have it installed at your PC.

Step 3. Click Register Now to create an account. Or click here to create an account at web page.

Step 4. Choose a country. DellVoice dose not offer services to many countries. So here I choosed Canada. Works fine.

Step 5. If you do not have a Canadian phone numbe,just make up one. Here are area codes of  Canada.

Step 6. Go to email inbox to activate your account.

Step 7. One thing seems to be difficult is the postal code for Canada. Here is a reference for you http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_codes_in_Canada.

Step 8. When you successfully create an account, you can login into your account . Below is the interface of DellVoice PC client:
Step 9. I made a call to my DellVoice number from my GoogleVoice number, it works fine!

Is it possible to hook this on any SIP device? Or do you have to stick with the SW client?

They don't offer SIP account however.

I have found it already: they offer SIP as well, but you have to pay 50$ for "unlock code"...

Yes, you are right, many voip providers are like that, such as another Canadian Virtual Number provider freephoneline.ca, also $50 to “unlock code“ as DellVoice. They are very similar.
