If you have followed our PBXes posts, it will be very easy for you to make your own access number for out going calls, in this post: How to use PBXes (4) inbound routing: route a SIP to Mobile Phone, add a virtual phone number to Mobile Phone
We knew how to add a virtual phone number to classical extension PSTN, call this virtual phone number, it will be forwared to mobile phone. Today we are going to set up another SIP extension 2002 and inbound routing freecallguider-2002, then add a virtual phone number such as IPKALL to this SIP: freecallguider-2002@pbxes.org, when you call this number (IPKALL), you can dial another phone number to call. If you are interested in it, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Set up SIP trunk and outbound routing according to step 1 to step 3 of this post: How to use PBXes (2) SIP trunk for outgoing calls
Step 2. Add a SIP extension 2002
click Extensions=>Add Extension=>SIP
Extension Number: 2002 (can be any 3 or 4 digits you want)
Display Name: SecondDialing (can leave it blank or others wordings you like)
URL: freecallguider-2002 (username-2002)
password: 888888 (can be any you like)
Then click "Submit" and then remember to click the red highlight.
Step 3. Add a incoming route
Click Inbounding Routing=>Add a incoming route
Trunk: freecallguider-2002  (must be same as the URL of your SIP extenion 2002)
At "Special Services" select Callthru PIN
Select "No override (obbey the above settings)

Then click "Submit" and then remember to click the red highlight.

Step 4. Test a call
Call this sip:
freecallguider-2002@pbxes.org (change freecallguider into your own username)
and you will hear the long tone, just enter the number you want to call, and you can reach it. For example, I want to call 001-800-373-3411, then I dial 990018003733411
(please make sure to add prefix set up at outbound route to let PBXes to choose the right SIP trunk to make outgoing calls)
Step 5. Route a virtual phone number to the SIP address above
You can make IPKALL route the SIP freecallguider-2002@pbxes.org (change freecallguider into your own username)
Or UKDII to SIP freecallguider-2002@pbxes.org (change freecallguider into your own username)
Go to our sidebar find "FREE VIRTUAL NUMBERS" then "click Virtual Numbers to SIP" or
Click here for Virtual Phone number to SIP and see how to use if you don't know how to route the virtual phone number to SIP.

Then call you IPKALL or UKDDI number, you will hear the long ring tone, now enter the number you want to call as mentioned on step 4.
IPKALL or UKDDI is your access number for second dialing outgoing calls, if you can find your local phone number to route to this SIP above, use your mobile phone call this number, you can make outgoing call by your mobile phone free (you may need to pay the local charges), go to Tropo to find your local number and route it to this 2002 SIP.

Bingo!  Done!
