X-Lite and eyeBeam is from the same company CounterPath, they are all SIP softphone for PC, they look similar but have differences:

How to use:

download => install => Add...=>fill your SIP account info, such as mine:

username: awingvoipsip

passoword: xxxxxx

Domain: sip2sip.info

Then click "OK" => Click "Close"

Done!
